Yoga for Larger Bodies Workshop

As a plus size yogi and yoga instructor, Kady of Big Booty Yoga, has spent years exploring the practice and learning more physically comfortable ways to access many postures and flow more freely. The original postures of the yoga practice were created for young boys, so if we’re realistic, it’s only rational that we need to adapt postures for varying body types– we need top make space for abdundance in curves, hips, bellies and busts!
In this workshop attendees will learn to adjust postures, either for themselves or their students, to make the practice more accessible and comfortable for larger bodies. Both students and teachers are welcome! Props and body positive vibes included!
