Wellness Wheel Workshop-Spring Shift

By combining my traditional knowledge of the Indigenous teachings with my yoga teaching background, I’ve created a Spring seasonal check-in for your mind, body and spirit. I incorporate elements from Native American Medicine Wheels with the Zia Sun symbol to help find your balance. Together we will begin this workshop with a guided mediation, followed by a 30-min gentle yoga practice designed to awaken your body and energy. Spring symbolizes growth, emergence and new beginnings. We’ll clear out the old to make way for your new growth; the seeds and ideas you want to plant. We’ll delve deeper into what needs nurturing, where to shift your thoughts and energy, and how to bring these ideas into fruition. Afterwards, we’ll conclude our exploration with a 30 minute vinyasa practice to energize, fuel your intentions, and set forth what you want in motion.
