Release the momentum of your week, step into the present moment, and start your weekend off feeling OMazing. This Mindful Candlelight Vinyasa class offers the intention to slow down and tune inward while flowing and breathing with more awareness, creating more space in the body and mind. Modifications will be offered for opportunities to up-level your practice or make it gentler. Essential oils will be given to those who welcome it. The crystal portion of this class will facilitate a basic understanding of how to connect with them-not only on a physical level, but emotionally and spiritually as well. The class will conclude with a short guided mediation where I will guide you to relax your body and mind, to help you reach a deep meditative state before going on a journey in your mind.
